Think of this as the diagnosis stage - just like when you take your car to a mechanic because your 'check-engine' light is on but you have no clue why. We'll figure out 'why' and in the next step we'll provide a custom-tailored solution to get you firing on all cylinders.
Using our proprietary three phase Acquisition Branding™ strategy, we'll develop a bespoke digital marketing strategy focused on building your brand, while generating a consistent stream of high-quality leads in the process.
We'll outline exactly how we use social media ads & paid search to get you in front of your ideal client, build awareness in the marketplace, and convert that awareness into high-quality leads, all while working in perfect alignment with your existing marketing efforts, offers, promotions, etc.
Long story short, we're going to plan and build a highly-effective 'acquisition engine' to keep your pipeline full, and help you scale your business in a reliable and predictable way.
This is where we build out and launch the initial ad campaigns across all platforms (which we discuss during Discovery) i.e Facebook, Google etc. All of our campaigns are developed in line with our Acquisition Branding™ strategy and the game plan which is outlined during step two of our process.
During the first 30 days of launching your new ad campaigns, we proceed through a test phase, testing a variety of audiences; creatives, headlines, etc., identifying winners and shutting down losers.
Lastly, at the end of the first month, we'll 'benchmark' strategic KPI's for each of your campaigns based on the results of the best performing ads. These benchmarks will become our baseline that all future ads have to meet or exceed in performance as we scale.
This is easily one of the most exciting parts of our five-step process. The Acceleration phase usually begins following the first 30 days of running a new ad campaign.
This is where we take the best performing campaigns from the test phase and begin to scale them rapidly by increasing ad spend on the most profitable ads, while maintaining profitability and our most important KPI's.
To put it simply, we find the ads where $1 goes in and $5 dollars comes out and spend as much as possible, continually testing and updating various elements of your ads to maintain profitability and scale.

Onboarding & Discovery
Once the proposal is signed, we begin onboarding right away. You'll receive an email from our team with next steps, an onboarding form, and instructions to schedule your initial discovery call.
From there, we'll get to work building out a variety of creative briefs and strategy documents, along with the creative for your initial ad campaigns.
When we're ready to launch, we'll send over an ad brief for final approval .

We typically offer a 2-3 week lead time from the moment you sign up until the moment ads are up and running. This factors in several meetings with our team, creative development, edits/changes, waiting for approvals, etc. However, we're known to offer turn around times as quickly as 3-5 days for special requests or urgent last-minute campaigns if we can accommodate them.
As a Suits Social client, you'll always have a team of 4 dedicated to your account and advertising efforts. You will have access to them all in realtime via a private WhatsApp group chat.
These are the team members who you'll be working with:
1. Account Strategist - This is your main point of contact at all times for all things. This is also the person acting as your ad buyer, managing your ad account on a daily basis, strategizing, and planning. They are accountable for your results and success!
2. Marketing Coordinator - The marketing coordinator assists the account manager in all areas of campaign execution, from assisting in the research and preparation of ad campaigns, all the way to detailed reporting and analytics.
3. Creative Director - The creative director is our team lead for anything related to content creation, media production, organic marketing, and more. They manage a team of designers, writers, photographers, videographers, and social media managers, often working together with the account manager to execute on your campaign objectives.
4. Account Executive - This is the most senior executive team member assigned to provide high level oversight and support. The account executive is responsible for the management of our account teams, and accountable for the overall success of each client and campaign. This is also the person you'll speak to regarding any major issues with your campaigns or assigned team, changes in the scope of work, or questions about billing.
Our fully-managed services are paid for via a variable rate monthly retainer. We quote you a monthly rate to develop and manage your ad campaigns based on the specifics of needs of your project, which increases or decreases based on your total ad spend. There are no setup fees or additional charges of any kind - no surprises ever.
Our monthly retainer is a management fee which covers the manpower, tools, and expertise that go into building and managing your advertising campaigns on a monthly basis.
On average, we spend 25-35 hours per month on your account, which includes daily optimization of your ads, development of new creatives, communication and meetings, plus analytics and reporting.
Not to mention, the countless hours spent behind the scenes strategizing and planning, so you don't have to!
In the world of advertising (and business in general), the only guarantee is that there are normally no guarantees. This is because there are a lot of variables that go into a successful ad campaign, a lot of which we as your ad agency can't control, such as your website, your product, your sales process, etc.
However, because we're so confident in the work that we do, we've decided to break with the industry standard and offer you an industry-leading: 90-Day Results Guarantee!
When you sign on with Suits Social, we'll discuss some reasonable goals for the first ninety days i.e how many leads you're looking for, target ROAS, etc. that we can all agree on. If we don't achieve this agreed upon result within ninety days or less, we'll keep working for free until we do! Up to an additional ninety days.
