What started by the McIntaggart family as a small 3-chair Barbershop, has quickly amounted to 3 locations within Midland, & Barrie Ontario - as well as a wholesale division and E-commerce store: Craft Pomade.
CraftPomade.ca signifies that they are so much more than a Barbershop site, but rather a marketplace for the items tried, tested and used by our team & patrons. All items posted on the Craft Pomade online store have been carefully selected by the McIntaggart's; from the quality of the product, to the packaging, to the makers.
THE CHALLENGE
With the Covid-19 pandemic forcing shutdowns of their brick & mortar locations, founder of History Barbershop & Craft Pomade Michael McIntaggart decided to take matters into his own hands.
With the Barbershops, a.k.a., their only distribution channel shut down due to Covid, Michael decided to create a brand new distribution channel that was pandemic proof...
He and his team quickly put together a Shopify eCommerce site and began uploading their complete catalog of products to the new online shop.
But Michael didn't just want his existing customers to shop online, he wanted to take his products across Canada! The only question was how?
He turned to Suits Social to develop a nationwide eCommerce campaign to reach customers across the Country and rapidly scale the new online store.
THE SOLUTION
Suits Social generated Awareness for Craft Pomade with high-quality video ads. This allowed us to build trust with Craft Pomade’s prospects before trying to sell them anything.
Those who engaged with Craft Pomade’s content at the awareness level were then re-targeted using advanced AI and Lookalike audiences. This re-targeted audience was then served an enticing offer to gather information in exchange for value. This is where Suits Social generated warm leads! Since these leads were “warm” they were acquired at a fraction of the cost compared to cold traffic.

ADVERTISING SERVICES:
Our core offering as an ad agency is managed digital advertising services. For us that means the planning, development and management of your Facebook and/or Google ad campaigns.
You can choose to have us manage one or both of those advertising channels. Our fee is structured as a flat monthly retainer based on how much you'll be spending on ads or in other words, the ad spend under management.
If you're interested in partnering with our team and having us run your ads. Our advertising retainer starts at $1800/month plus applicable taxes. No hidden fee's or surprise expenses. You know exactly what you pay and it's the same every single month.
WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT:
Our website development services are the only stand alone service we offer outside of paid advertising. Minimum project value starts at $5000 for full website builds. A minimum project value of $2500 applies for landing pages and/or sales funnels.
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS:
In addition to the cost of working with us, it's important to also factor in a healthy starting budget for your actual ad spend. I.E What you'll be spending on your ads. This will also scale as you see an ROI and choose to invest more into your ads as you grow.
We typically offer a 2-3 week lead time from the moment you sign up until the moment ads are up and running. This factors in several meetings with our team, creative development, edits/changes, waiting for approvals, etc. However, we're known to offer turn around times as quickly as 3-5 days for special requests or urgent last minute campaigns if we can accommodate them.
As a Suits Social client, you'll always have a team of 4 dedicated to your account and advertising efforts. You will have access to them all in realtime via a private WhatsApp group chat.
These are the team members who you'll be working with:
1. Account Manager - This is your main point of contact at all times for all things. This is also the person acting as your ad buyer, managing your ad account on a daily basis, strategizing, and planning. They are accountable for your results & success!
2. Marketing Manager - This is the creative component of your team that will be assisting with all elements of creative development, graphic design, copywriting and any organic marketing efforts you may have signed up for.
3. Marketing Associate - The associate acts as general assistance on your team to ensure deliverables are executed in a timely fashion by picking up the slack and supporting the team wherever it's needed most.
4. Operations Director - This is the senior team member assigned to provide executive oversight of your account. The operations director is assigned to every single account and oversees the overall success of every single campaign. This is also the person you'll speak to regarding any changes in scope of work, questions about billing, etc.
Most of our managed services such as Facebook ads are paid for via a flat rate monthly retainer. We quote you a monthly rate to develop and manage your ad campaigns based on the specifics of needs of your project. There are no setup fees or additional charges of any kind, no surprises ever.
Our monthly retainer is a management fee which covers the manpower, tools, and expertise that go into building and managing your advertising campaigns on a monthly basis.
On average we spend 25-35 hours per month on your account which includes daily optimization of your ads, development of new creatives, communication and meetings, plus analytics and reporting.
Not to mention the countless hours spent behind the scenes strategizing and planning so you don't have to!
