Our core offering as an agency is the planning, development and management of your paid social and paid search campaigns. In other words, Facebook Ads & Google Ads.
Our fee is structured as a variable monthly retainer based on total ad spend under management, i.e how much you'll be spending on the ads themselves. The bigger your ad budget, the more our fees increase.
Our advertising services start $2800/month which includes the development and management of both paid social and paid search campaigns. Plus any additional add-ons if you choose to have us manage other elements of your digital marketing, such as social media posting or email marketing, for example. Overall, most of our service packages range from $2800 to $9800 per month, with most clients starting on the low end and growing with us as they scale.
In addition to the cost of working with us, it's important to also factor in a healthy starting budget for your actual ad spend. I.E What you'll be spending on your ads. This will also scale as you see an ROI and choose to invest more into your ads as you grow.
We typically offer a 2-3 week lead time from the moment you sign up until the moment ads are up and running. This factors in several meetings with our team, creative development, edits/changes, waiting for approvals, etc. However, we're known to offer turn around times as quickly as 3-5 days for special requests or urgent last minute campaigns if we can accommodate them.
As a Suits Social client, you'll always have a team of 4 dedicated to your account and advertising efforts. You will have access to them all in realtime via a private WhatsApp group chat.
These are the team members who you'll be working with:
1. Account Manager - This is your main point of contact at all times for all things. This is also the person acting as your ad buyer, managing your ad account on a daily basis, strategizing, and planning. They are accountable for your results & success!
2. Marketing Coordinator - The marketing coordinator assists the account manager in all areas of campaign execution, from assisting in the research and preparation of ad campaigns, all the way to detailed reporting and analytics.
3. Creative Director - The creative director is our team lead for anything related to content creation, media production, organic marketing, and more. They manage a team of designers, writers, photographers, videographers, and social media managers. Often working together with the account manager to execute on your campaign objectives.
4. Executive Director - This is the senior team member assigned to provide executive oversight of your account. The executive director is assigned to every single account and oversees the overall success of every single campaign. This is also the person you'll speak to regarding any changes in scope of work, questions about billing, etc.
Most of our managed services such as Facebook ads are paid for via a variable rate monthly retainer. We quote you a monthly rate to develop and manage your ad campaigns based on the specifics of needs of your project, which increases or decreases based on your total ad spend. There are no setup fees or additional charges of any kind, no surprises ever.
Our monthly retainer is a management fee which covers the manpower, tools, and expertise that go into building and managing your advertising campaigns on a monthly basis.
On average we spend 25-35 hours per month on your account which includes daily optimization of your ads, development of new creatives, communication and meetings, plus analytics and reporting.
Not to mention the countless hours spent behind the scenes strategizing and planning so you don't have to!

However, we can assure you that just like in business, your chances of success are greatly increased when you know what you're doing... and after managing millions each month in advertising dollars, it's safe to say we know a thing or two about running ads.
But the reality is, there are a lot of variables that go in to a successful ad campaign. A lot of which we as your ad agency can't control, such as your website, your product, your sales process, etc. However, if any such variables cause issue, we will always do our best to advise and assist you in rectifying the problem in pursuit of success!
